• Damaged/Defective Only: We maintain a "No Return/No Exchange" policy for hygiene reasons. Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

🕒 Order Cancellations

• Timeframe: Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

💰 Refunds & RTO

• Process: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Deductions: Shipping/COD fees are non-refundable. For RTOs (customer refusal/wrong address), actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
