1. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Saturday)
- Transit Time: 2–5 Business Days
- Total Estimated Delivery: 3–7 Business Days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
4. Payment Methods
- Prepaid Orders: Pay the full amount online via UPI, Card, or Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the delivery executive when the package arrives
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a unique Tracking ID / AWB number via email and SMS.
6. Delivery Coverage
We deliver Pan-India to all serviceable PIN codes. International shipping is currently not available. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange a full refund.
7. Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Origin (RTO)
Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact, or refusal to accept:
- The shipment will be returned to our warehouse (RTO)
- For RTO cases due to customer error, ₹139 will be deducted from the refund amount
