At CurePik, we are committed to providing safe and high-quality skincare products. Our policy is designed to be transparent and compliant with global consumer standards.
1. Return & Refund Overview
- Return Window: 7 Days from delivery date
- Return Method: Reverse Pickup (Arranged by CurePik)
- Restocking Fee: ₹0 (No fee for eligible returns)
- Item Condition: New, Unopened, Original Packaging
2. Return Policy Details
We accept returns/replacements only if the request is raised within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Damaged or defective item received
- Incorrect or wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Item missing from the package
Mandatory Verification (Unboxing Video): To ensure fairness, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the 360-degree angle of the box, outer seal, shipping label, and the opening of the package without any cuts or edits.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For Defective/Wrong Items: CurePik will arrange a reverse pickup and cover all shipping costs. The customer pays ₹0.
- Change of Mind: Due to the hygiene nature of skincare, we do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" once the product seal is broken or used.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes quality verification, we will initiate your refund.
- Processing Timeline: Refunds are processed within 4 business days
- Credit Timeline: Amount reflects in your original payment source within 5–7 business days
- COD Orders: Refunds will be transferred via Bank Transfer (NEFT). You must provide your Bank Account Name, Number, and IFSC code.
4. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: Cancel within 12 hours or before shipping for a full refund
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If a customer refuses a prepaid delivery at the doorstep, a shipping penalty of ₹59 may be deducted from the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will be rejected if the item is used, the seal is broken, or the request is made after 7 days.
6. Digital Goods & Subscriptions
CurePik does not sell digital goods or subscription products. This policy applies exclusively to physical products.
