At CurePik, we are committed to providing safe and high-quality skincare products. Our policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and compliant with consumer standards.
1. Return & Refund Overview
- Return Window: 7 Days from delivery date
- Return Method: Reverse Pickup (Arranged by CurePik)
- Restocking Fee: ₹0 (No fee for eligible returns)
- Item Condition: New, Unopened, Original Packaging
2. Return & Replacement Criteria
We accept returns or replacements when requested within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Damaged or defective item received
- Incorrect or wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Item missing from the package
Verification for Damaged or Missing Items: To help us quickly assess transit damage or missing contents, customers are requested to share clear photographs of the delivered package, outer shipping label, and the affected item. Providing an unboxing video is strongly encouraged and will expedite your replacement or refund approval.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: CurePik arranges a reverse pickup and covers 100% of the return shipping costs (Customer pays ₹0).
- Change of Mind / Personal Preference: Due to health, hygiene, and product integrity standards, skincare and haircare items cannot be returned once the protective seal is opened or the product has been used.
3. Refund Processing
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and completes quality verification, your refund will be initiated promptly.
- Processing Timeline: Refunds are processed within 4 business days of inspection approval.
- Prepaid Orders: Credited directly to the original payment source (Cards, UPI, NetBanking) within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via secure NEFT Bank Transfer. You will be requested to provide your Bank Account Holder Name, Account Number, and IFSC code.
4. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or anytime before dispatch for a 100% full refund.
- After Dispatch: Once an order is with our courier partner, it cannot be canceled in transit. If a customer refuses a prepaid package at the doorstep, a standard shipping deduction of ₹59 applies to cover round-trip courier logistics.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted if the item has been opened or used, if original seals or tags are missing, or if the request is submitted after the 7-day delivery window.
