Returns are accepted only if the product is physically damaged during delivery.
Mandatory Requirement: A clear, continuous unboxing video is required.
- Video must start before opening the shipping package.
- Shipping label must be clearly visible.
- Package opening must be clearly shown.
- Damaged product must be clearly visible.
- Product label and manufacturing details must be visible.
- Video must not be edited or paused.
Reporting Time
Damage must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
